Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order, therefore we do not accept general returns or exchanges, including returns due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Damaged or Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged or with a visible print or quality issue, we’re happy to help.

To ensure a fast resolution, please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (taken on a flat, well-lit surface, with the tag and defect clearly visible)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because each item is made specifically for you, orders can only be canceled or edited before production begins.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved quality-related issues.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method:

  • PayPal: within 24 business hours

  • Credit/Debit Cards: within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank)
